Can anyone tell me if the 1" tie rod on there now is correct.  Mine is slightly bent and I wanted to get new one with new ends.

I've also not been able to find more modern tie rod ends... everywhere online tells me the ones they have are not heavy duty.  Any help there?

I can't say for certain what is correct on your truck. But the parts manual shows this:

601395 - left end, 13/16-18 LH threads, 1 & 1.5 ton trucks (except D-D, UJ, UK, VJ, VK, SBC, & heavy duty)

601396 - right end, 13/16-18 RH threads, 1 & 1.5 ton trucks (except D-D, UJ, UK, VJ, VK, SBC, & heavy duty)

609747 - left, 1"-16 LH threads, use with 3681101 forged on "I" beam, for 1.5 ton (heavy duty), 2 ton, D-D, UJ, UK, VJ, VK, SBC

609748 - right, 1"-16 RH threads, use with 3681101 forged on "I" beam, for 1.5 ton (heavy duty), 2 ton, D-D, UJ, UK, VJ, VK, SBC

It would seem the 13/16"-18 tie rod ends are correct for a 3800. But its hard to know what may have been changed over the years, or if there was perhaps some option where the 3800 would have the 1.5 ton HD front end parts?

Filling Station shows some availability for the 13/16"-18 ends, although that doesn't help with needing the tie rod.

@jgmtrbb97 I have some tie rod ends that have lost their packaging. I would be happy to try and match something up for you. Let me know if I can help.
