Page 1-41 of the Shop Manual describes refilling the pump & system. At minimum, it looks like the cover plate from the right side of the folding top compartment must be removed. If that doesn't allow enough access to the reservoir, then the rear seat backrest & cushion will probably have to be removed.

"To refill the hydraulic system, fill the reservoir to the prescribed level with hydraulic fluid and operate the top through several cycles, check the reservoir and add fluid, repeat this operation as often as necessary. One filling of the reservoir may not be sufficient, as the fluid capacity of the two top lift cylinders is almost double that of the reservoir."

Thank you, I was able to fill the pump with oil, but there is a leak somewhere.  I'll have to look into it when i get more time.
