There seems to be excessive oil leaking out of the brass connector between the two rocker shafts and not enough oil traveling through the tubes. Should there be o rings on the ends? Thankyou.

The shafts don't need to be full of oil. The rockers are lubed through holes in the bottom of the shafts. At idle you likely won't get oil out of the top of the rocker arms. There is no O ring that I'm aware of. It's difficult to determine what "excessive" is without seeing it. I've never seen a seal between the fitting and the shafts but they should be touching.

@augie Is oil leaking at the connecter or are you talking about the oil coming out the tube that comes off the connecter?
