New Battery No Power

I installed a new battery in my 1948 Woodie and the starter won’t crank at all. The battery tested good and the gauges don’t work. I checked the one fuse under the dash but it’s good. Any ideas or suggestions?

@tiny The fuse and wiring was set between the battery and ammeter as I recall.
