Recently had my 1947 216 worked on for head gasket etc, now that I have it back, I see they put a pressure cap on it which I have never had. What are the thoughts of the group on this? Thanks

You don’t need one and I think the neck in the radiator is deeper so it won’t work. I think that’s the way my 47 is.
