could anyone with a '39 chevy 2-door sedan offer a measurement of the cab width at the door handles (outside to outside)? i have no floor, am going to add a new one, but i am suspicious that the cab has perhaps moved. any help is much appreciated. thanks so much.
@steve-mayse-2 My 37 coach is 68" outside of door handle to door handle. The door handles add 5-1/2" to width. At the bottom of the "B" pillar outside of of sill plate lump is 52-1/4". The 1939 2 door should be close to that. Email me at c1937@znet.com and I'll send photos.
@steve-mayse-2 I apologize Steve. I just saw that this is in the wrong forum. Likely why it's not generated a reply until now. I'll move it to a technical forum for you.
