New Fuel Tank Ready, Should I Add an Electric Pump?

@nicholas-gurin It was a clicker type of pump and had it's own filter. Also 99+% of fuel goes through the main filter because the electric is only a priming pump. After filling the float bowl, all of the fuel bypasses it. When I replaced the clicker pump with a rotary vane pump without a filter, I didn't add one for that reason (only a tiny bit of gas goes through the electric pump).
