Very very nice car!

And a perfect job on the plate in my opinion.

Looks absolutely original.

I had exactly the same issue with the 5 vs an S on the title on my '46 3/4 ton, it being a Kansas City product also.

The previous owner down there in the states had to get the title corrected before I could bring it across the line.

I should also mention that I am seeing pictures of 1936 tags on the internet that look pretty much exactly like Jeff's, with the 4 small holes in the corners (probably a holdover from when they were nailed down) but attached with 2 clutch head screws.

@ole-olson Ole, Keep in mind that early 1936 cars still had wood in the body. I believe you are correct that the tags were a holdover.

@steve-d Missouri is very tough on titles with no accommodation when dealing with older vehicles.
