I recently purchased a 31 Roadster and I have some items that came with the car that I am not sure what they are or if they even belong to the car.

Don't you love a good mystery. I don't own a 31 but I'd guess the wooden pieces are the toe board but I could be wrong.

The wooden floorboard is for a Model T Ford. Three slots for three pedals. Dead giveaway.

I guessed model T toe boards as well or at least something with three pedals. Do you think that sheet metal part with them is model T also. Doesn't seem fit with the toe boards.

The sheet metal piece could be the bottom around the pedals on your 31.

The first photo looks like battery tray brackets.

First photo is indeed battery tray brackets. Missing is the tray that rivets to two longest brackets.

The second picture, the tube with the curved end, is the vent tube between the carburetor air filter and the oil fill pipe. Apparently it pulled some of the gases from the oil pan area into the carburetor. There are some air cleaners on ebay right now, eBay item number:267308432851 and the pictures show the vent tube.

@robert-whitmoyer Thank you! That solves one of the mysteries. I do have the air cleaner, I’ll have to look and see how they go together.

The tube from the air cleaner to the oil fill pipe is on my 29 but not on my 31. Not sure if 30 had it or not.

1929 had two different pipes from crankcase vent to air cleaner. The early one (PN 356041) went from near the firewall to air cleaner. Late 29 was the same as 1930 (PN 356921) and went from the side of the oil filler tube to the air cleaner. 1931 did not have a crankcase vent pipe but instead had combination oil filler tube and road draft tube to vent the crankcase.
