I'm sure there has been many discussions as to "Why Chevy never made a Cabriolet" in 1939. Just wanted to get your thoughts & opinions. Since i have been seeing many (nice) conversions, Holden, and European 1939 Convertibles. Our car show in November will have the mix of the mentioned 39 convertibles.

@tiny Tiny, I don't really understand your comment. I think Daniel is wondering why Chevrolet did not offer an open car to the U.S. market in 1939.

If so, my mistake. I thought it was a comment about why some call a convertible a cabriolet. I wasn't aware that Chevy didn't offer an open car. My apologies for any confusion.
