I have transmission fluid leaking at the bottom of the bell housing through the small vent slot. It drips when parked, and also when it is running the pace of the leak increases. I replaced all seals about 10 years ago, but this just started. I am assuming the seal at the output shaft is the problem, but I wanted to post this just in case anyone has seen this before and perhaps its something else?? I dread the thought of dropping the tranny for the repair.....
I remember a post or two on Powerglides leaking on the old site. The part I remember is if they sit for sometime the converter leaks out into the tranny which over fills it causing leaks. You might try searching the old site for it. I believe Gene had the answer.
