Emergency brake bracket???

Looking to confirm that the bracket (lever)  in the photo is the pivot lever for a 51 that mounts just behind the steering box on the frame of a 51. If that is correct I am looking for one as mine has disappeared. The V shape with the three holes is where the steering gear mounts.

Update: I did confirm the application. After further consideration I believe it went with some 32 parts that I gave away. Waiting for a reply from the recipient.
