Anyone have a picture of the body latch for the trunk ? I have the old one & the new one. Before I drill holes I would like to have an idea. where to drill for the screws. This is for my 33 coupe. Thanks for any info & pictures. When I say pictures already mounted in your car

My 31had the same kind of latch. I had the one with a slot and located the screw for the slot so it had plenty of room to adjust. Get it tight and find the best spot then you can drill the two holes in the back. As I remember it was a lot of fiddling around to get it to latch and unlock.
