I am rebuilding a 29 and it has amber lights on the rear fenders and the spare parts include 2 amber lights on mounts that must have been on the front.

Can I assume the 2 pictures are of a turn signal switch and the flasher? I can't get under the dash until I remove the front seat.

I wont profess to be an authority on this but my 1st guess is you are right and that is a earlier style flasher.
