Trying to get the best wheels I have for my 32 Chevrolet.18 inch spoke. What should I be concerned about the most. Up and down out of round or side to side.  How much is acceptable. One rim I’ve noticed a few spokes not seat or loose. I Astor’s from a hit ?. I also assume nothing I can do to repair or save. Hope question makes sense.  If junk will become wall art with one of the 70 plus year old tires. Thanks for any insight.

I don't know of a run-out (aka: wobble) specification on the wheels. Your 1932 operates at an relatively low speed compared to modern wheels and tires so, it can be greater than modern limits. The run-out can be determined fairly easily with basic tools and devices. Mount the wheel (with or without a tire) on front or rear axle with tire off the ground. Support a piece of wood, metal rod, dial indicator or other object at the edge of the rim. Any stable support like a jack stand, cinder block or similar support can be used as a support. Slowly rotate the wheel to determine when the wheel rim is closest and furthest from the tool. Use a tape, ruler, dial indicator or other measuring device to determine the run-out. Many wheels can be "trued" by adjusting the run-out with a large hammer and piece of wood to prevent denting and spread the load over a larger area. Several lighter blows can be better that a few larger ones. Professional wheel run-out adjusters typically use hydraulic pressure. Once the run-out is adjusted check for looseness in the wires or other places on the wheel. Also inspect for cracks. If cracked discard the wheel. Mild heating and tapping with hammer can be used to adjust the "wires". Check with a professional if there is any doubt of the integrity or safety of the repaired wheel.

As common as 32 wire wheels are I think I would just replace it.  I did buy a spoke straightener from one of the Ford suppliers and it worked very well on the minor bends my wheels had.

What is your location I have a couple of 32 wheels I have no need for?
