Handling curves

Good evening. I get a good bit of Centrifugal force pull when going around curves. My car is a 41 special deluxe. The front end is in good shape and with a recent alignment. Wheels and tires are stock size 16” x 6” Coker radials. I was wondering if switching to a 15” wheel and wider tire would improve handling? Thanks! Bob
