Got some new window sweeper rubber from Jim Carter. It is shaped like a "P". There are channels for the rubber on the door frame at the bottom of the window and on the interior metal door "card".

Question - Does the top of the "P" go into the channel with the "bump" facing up?  If not, how does it go?

Thanks much!!!!

Hopefully someone will be along soon. If it was a car I could help. From what you describe the truck is nothing like the car. The car sweep is the standard fuzzy strips held on with staples or tiny screws and anti rattle rubbers along the molding.

Do not know if it’s the same for ‘38, but these photos show the installation used for  my ‘46 Chevy 1/2 ton.  I recall having to experiment with this. Installation otherwise resulted in failure.
