I know it can't be that hard to adjust brakes on my 33. the right way & the wrong way. I'm looking for the right way. Also is there a book about my 33 that I can buy to show & answer a lot of questions that I have or will have ? Thanks

Strangely, my edit to the above post doesn't show up when I come back to read the site without signing in.

You should look at buying the service bulletins as well. Usually it is recommended to get the 12 for your car year and the 12 for the year that follows your car year since some technical tips come out as the vehicles come back to the dealership for service, and or repair. The Filling Station sells them. I think they are $15 per year.
I adjusted the brakes, on my 1935 Chevy Standard Coupe, by following the instructions in the Service Manual. I have excellent results.
