Hi all

I have been a member since 2022 after I inherited a 1936 Master Coupe from my Pop's. The clutch needs to be replaced as there is no more adjustment so next month when it is cool enough here in Phoenix I will tackel the job. I have done a lot of research and gleaned a lot of vital info from this forum but the one thing I dont know is if the shift lever can be removed from the trans before it is removed from the bell housing. Any and all info, tips and tricks would be greatly appreceated. Thank you in advance.

@jeff-navarro Jeff, There is a knurled ring at the base of your shift lever. It is a nut that can be removed, allowing you to lift he lever from the transmission.
