what size hollow rivots do I need to put new brake linings on my 31 Chevy?

@john-nelson-2 John, My book says you need a 5-4 Brake shoe rivet. There are several on eBay in bags of 100 for around $15.00. search Brake Shoe rivet 5-4

@35mike Thank you, I purchased the rivots, and rivot tool online. Everything worked out fine. Your help was greatly appreciated.
