I have a 54 BelAir that I want to replace the bias ply G78-15 tires that I can’t tell how old they are, no date code on the tire. I thinking of getting radials but I see 3 different conversion sizes of

215-75R

225-70R

205 R15

Im going to keep the original rims.
Any suggestions/recommendations?

I put 205/75R15s on my 53. No noticeable effect on the speedometer accuracy. If you go with that size be sure you're not buying trailer tires. That is a very common size for trailers.
