Someone put an old gas cap on my radiator.  I would like to find a correct one and the only one I've found was through The Filling Station and it is not in stock.  Does anyone know where I can find one, or has one I can purchase?

Thanks

Ken

Ken,

There is currently a cap that (seller says) fits Master '35 and '36 on Ebay.  Search "1935 chevrolet vintage radiator cap"

@david-hill David, if you can provide an item number I can search eBay using that and provide a link straight to the item.

A gentleman on here has one he thinks is one. He's sending it to me.  We'll see.  Thanks for the link.  I'll keep that in mind.

@bowtiefan "GENTLEMAN", Wow!! Maybe you should wait until you see the cap before you go throwing terms like that around. I sent it today.

@35mike, The radiator caps arrived yesterday.  The one that looks the best fit perfectly.  The other one did not fit.  So, a minute in the sand blaster and a coat of paint and it's on my car and looks, and should work, great.  The radius rod repair kit is interesting.  It appears that as the threads ware, the repair springs keep the threads tight against each other.  Interesting concept.

Thanks a lot

Ken
