Can't help you with that particular part number. However. my books show the windshield washer unit part number for 1938 and 1939 as 985292. Guess we can rule out those two years.

In the back of my 1929-1941 Master Parts List (in the numerical listing index), part number 985635 is shown to be in group '11-1-40 Mixed w/s 604354'.

Looking earlier in the numerical index, 604354 is listed as being in section 8.798 of the book.

In section 8.798 (Windshield Washer Unit, and Parts ), part 604354 is listed as a 'Jet unit w/s washer, 1938-1941'.

I don't have a parts book for after 1941, so somebody else will have to look to see if part 604354 applies to later years.

Part number 604354 is in the 1954 Master Parts as being used in passenger vehicles (except convertibles) up to 1948, and commercials and utilities up to 1950.
