I have a 1940 216 engine with a glass bowl fuel filter.  Does anyone know a part number for the correct filter replacement element?

To get the correct element you will need to identify the make of filter assy. that you have. Both AC and Carter and probably others manufactured filters so knowing which you have is necessary.
