is there a source for the delco 4 cylinder distributor cap spring clip? i see filling station has them but only for the 1933-62 6 cyl

(i would post a photo but for the life of me i can not figure out how)

Howdy Mike. I can't answer your question about the spring but, as to the photo posting issue, it's because you don't yet have 5 approved posts. Requiring new users to post five times (each post subject to approval of a Moderator) before unlocking full site privileges is our way of stopping spammers. @mike-didier Mike, What year 4 cylinder? The caps, and likely the clips too, are not all alike.

It's for a 28 Chevy truck I have a 27 car and they look to be identical it looks exactly like the filling stations photo for their one they list for the cars from the 1930s and up

@mike-didier Mike, the spring clip you need is shorter than the one available from TFS. Check with Gary Wallace in St Louis. If anyone has reproductions available, it will be Gary. 314 293 1991
