@john-schildberg I was just telling you my location, knowing you were in Iowa. If I send something it should not take too long.

I’m wondering if I have the wrong brake shoes on my car.  My drums are 11 inches but when the wheel cylinders are screwed all the way out they are about 10&1/4”.  The brake pads are new along with the wheel cylinders.  That means to me that I have the wrong brake shoes.  I don’t have a parts book with me.  Are the shoes different on a 38?

The brake shoes are the same 36 to 50 wheel are the same for the rear and front are the 36 to 48 left or right. Is it possible that some other car back then used the huck brake that looked the same but were for a smaller drum?
