Looking for any documentation on this red GM compass as to what year it came out. If anyone can supply the info so I can add it to my Chevrolet library. Thank you

That part number was used early/mid 1938 as well. Which textured color was first the lighter one? Then the red after?

@al-perez I'm not sure exactly when the switch from light to dark but the first DATED material I have seen it listed is the April 15, 1938 accessory price list
