Yesterday, I drove to Licking, Missouri to get some 1935, 1-1/2 ton truck parts. When I got there, the truck turned out to be a 1934 so the engine was not what I wanted. I passed on the deal but the stuff is really cool and I would like to get someone connected to the seller. I have asked him for some details and I will post in the classified section when I hear from him.
He has harvested the sheet metal and rear frame from a 1934 Chevrolet Army Truck. He has not tried to start the engine, but it is not stuck and it appeared to me to be an easy runner.
The package also includes 4 double acting shock absorbers with all brackets, dual front tow hooks, special spacers between the rear dual wheels, and, what appears to be, a special generator with fan and regulator.
I have photos.
Message me for contact info. I will not be involved in any transaction.
