Hello. This is my first attempt to get some kind of value for this car. A bit of detail, the car belonged to my best friends father before he passed away. I'm renting the house from them, and they are now moving out of state and have decided to sell the car. As it is the last project he and his dad worked on together, it's been a hard process for him.
I'm hoping that someone here can give me a realistic range, that doesn't have emotion behind it, that it can be sold for. Unfortunately, I'm not a car person, so I'm limited on what info I can provide. I know that there are no tires, and I have a tool room full of engine parts. I took many pictures, but I'm not able to attach them to the post.
If anyone is able/willing to help, it would be greatly appreciated.
Hi Amanda,
Welcome to the VCCA's website!
Regarding the ability to post photos, you will have that ability after your first 5 posts. This is a security policy that we have in place to ward off spammers.
In the meantime, you can post other details, such as the year and model of the car.
Anything you can describe about the car will help our community understand it so they can chime in with opinions about it. For example, is there an identification plate that has information stamped onto it that you can describe?
Another avenue to explore is to see if there is a VCCA chapter or region near where you live. Here's a list of all the local groups: https://vcca.org/regions-chapters/
Hope this helps. Dean
