 Here is an illustration of the correct one barrel Rochester carb for the 1967 CHevy II (from Chevrolet overhaul manual).

Also a couple of pictures of the original carb in a 1967 Chevy II.  I think the carb and mounting was very close or identical in 1965.  It appears that your carb may be a later or replacement model so you may need to make some changes to fit it.
