Is it possible to change out the dashboard light bulbs without pulling the cluster?
Yes. You can reach up behind the dash and pull each individual socket out to replace the bulbs. They are held in the cluster by a spring mechanism. If you've not done it before you might have to get on your back and look to see the location of each socket.
