Looking for 1923 frame dimensions

I'm repairing a 1923 frame that had part of the rear cross member cut out. I need the measurement between the frame rails at the very back (near the axle snubbers). Thanks for any help.

@tiny According to the link you gave me, the distance between frame rails is 40 inches at the back and 30" at the front. My frame at the front is 28".  40" at the back would put too much stress on the frame rails.

Does anyone have a 1923 frame they could measure for me?
