Was hoping someone could help me with a picture (or detailed drawing) of the placement of the vehicle data plate that goes on the pass side sill. I'm not refer
mounts to the passengers side sill.

The plate is attached 2 inches forward of the sill plate. Not original sills or plate so if someone has an original still attached hopefully they will verify if correct.

junk yard dog (JYD) had an original 32. He must not be on the new site. I might suggest searching the old site for your question it probably has come up in the past.

JYD is the tech advisor for 1932 so if you are a VCCA member you can Email or call him for the info. My personal opinion is as long as it is in the correct area I don't think anyone will notice if not exact including those doing judging.

Since the plates were installed by humans supposedly guided by engineering specifications and the plant management. So the location will vary at least some. Most that I have seen are nailed on the main sill approximately at the front door hinge post.
