I must be missing something. Where do we go to view PMs that we have received? Also how can we send them to members that have not sent one to use yet and are not in a thread?

If you have PMs waiting you'll get a blue notification box top right of the page when you come on site. You'll also have a number by the notification bell on the gray menu bar. Not sure about sending a PM to someone not posting in the forum. Not sure that's possible. If they are posting you can search for them using the search box then click the down arrow below their name and click the envelop icon. If they're not participating in the forum but are a member you can search the Member Roster for them then send them an email or call them, both are listed.
