Actually, I've made a practice of checking in daily at the old VCCA website since I joined.

Sometimes several times a day.

I usually just go straight to "Recent Posts" ("Active Threads" on the old site) and look through everything from the last 24 hours or whatever.

That way I don't miss anything new.

That said, the old site certainly had it's dry spells when almost nothing new was posted for some time.

Then there would be a flurry of activity for a while.

So...

I too think it's too early to say how things are going to settle out after the move.

But I'm hoping for the best!  🙂

I hope we get the back! They are a fount of  information that you can not really find anywhere else!

I trust this will all work out.............but if I understand correctly..........I had to go to My Mail box to see this post.   Is this correct or am I missing something ?   I would have thought my message would have automatically been displayed like the previous  (I hesitate to use the word old) system.  If there are any posts discussing 1912 - 1928 years I haven't seen them and could use some direction if there are posts............Thanks.............Joe...........

I don't understand the part about the mail box. Your post was immediately visible to anyone visiting the site. Were you not able to see it? Were you maybe looking in a different forum?

Tiny I don't see any other items on this forum................1912  - 1828 ...........except this thread which I started.........and I have to click onto the " orange bell " at the top right of the forum to see that.              Thanks........Joe..............

There are only two threads in that forum, neither of which are your threads. You have a total of three posts, all in this thread. This is the Forum and Website Usage Questions forum. It's possible it started in that forum and got moved here because it's more of a forum usage thread than a technical 1912 to 1928 Chevy thread. If that's the case I can see why you got confused when you couldn't find it there.

Okay............So if I understand You correctly Tiny..............the only posts showing on the  1912 - 1928 forum is:

1)   Resource Documents Available on VCCA

and.....

2)  1916 Chevrolet Baby Grand for sale  -  $6,600
