If I am reading this right, the arm may be part number 3696059.

and the mirror itself may be 3696632.

These are from the 1929-54 Master Parts Book.

Actually there are several of the arms available.

The problem will be finding the actual mirror with the external swivel.

Thanks for your help.  I do not need the mirror arm; I am looking just for the mirror head as described.  The fun is in the part search!
