Welcome to the VCCA Victor! I can't personally answer your questions but, as a club member you have access to the Member Roster. At the top of the page you'll see a button "Rosters". Click or hover over that then click Member Roster. You can search for members in your area. You can also do a Vehicle Roster search for members with the same car you have. They also provide contact information.

The earliest 1933 model Chevrolets were called Eagle and had the bar between the vent window and door window roll up and down. That only lasted a few months before it was changed to one solidly mounted. They then were called Master to differentiate from the newly introduced Standard models. The '33 Standards were a completely different car with very few parts that interchanged. A real blunder in an attempt to make a more affordable vehicle at a low point in the economy.

Sounds like you have a Master. Don't know if 33 Masters had a passenger side taillight, 34's did but are very rare and almost impossible to find.
Looked in my 33 Accessory catalog. They did have a right hand taillight, it was $3.00. I'm going down to the Chevy parts store tomorrow to see if they have one or can get one!
