Do the 454 petrol engines and the Duramax engines use the same clutch pressure plate to flywheel bolt spacing/pattern making them interchangable?

I have posted in other parts of this forum as well.

I am not aware of any Duramax engine, manual transmission combinations. All that I know of have Allison automatic transmissions.

@chip By what I can find the 2001 - 2006 Silverado had a ZF6 manual trans option, while later models (upto 2011) had the same engine they dropped the manual trans. My son wants to put the 454/ZF6 combination into a C60 but the slave cylinder configuration means we need the ZF6 clutch and were hoping the pressure plate used the same bolt pattern, the clutch disc is the same diameter which is indicating a direct swap providing the pattern is the same on a flat flywheel.
