1946 front clip GM /Chevy the same

Lookin for steel fenders for my 1946 Chevy 3/4 ton. Found a 46 1/2 ton GM front end clip. I understand the grills are different, but are the fenders the same?

Short answer is... yes they should be.

As per my Canadian truck parts book which covers Chevrolet, Maple Leaf, and GMC trucks, the fenders were the same for all 1/2 ton, 3/4 ton, and 1 ton trucks regardless of whether they were Chevrolets, Maple Leafs, or GMCs.
