my 23 touring has been running great but at high rpms it blows coolant out of the overflow . Any sugestions
As long as the motometer doesn't show an overheating situation, you might be overfilling the radiator. When it's cold, the coolant should just cover the top of the tubes in the radiator. The coolant does not need to 'fill' the top tank.
Try this and see if it stops belching out of the overflow tube.
Another thing you can do is hook up an overflow tank to catch the 'spurting'.
If the motometer shows that the engine IS getting too hot, the water jackets in the head and block might blocked with crud, which will prevent good cooling. It is common for the rust/crud to build up around the rear two cylinders, where the water flow is most sluggish. The remedy is to take off the head (which gives you access to the water jackets) and gouge out, scrape out, and vacuum out the crud. You can even use a coat hanger to get in there and loosen the crud so it can be removed.
Then, when you put the head back on, flush the system forwards and backwards with clean water from the garden hose.
Hope this helps. Dean

@rustoholic Thanks for the info . I was thinking of replacing the head gasket and checking the water passages .
