G'Day,    I asked this question awhile back and didn't get a clear answer.   I believe the radiator cloisonnes are a press fit......male part of cloisonne pressed into female part of radiator shell.   I'm looking for a way of removing the cloisonne without damaging it.  I've considered applying generous amounts of penetrating oil and tapping it out with a similar sized socket.  Has anyone come up with a better way...?...   I would like to find a way of pressing it out, but can't currently formulate a plan to do that.  Thanks for Your time and attention......Joe......

@sanderson Joe, Can you bridge over the emblem with some wood blocks and then use a C-clamp to gently push the emblem out? It might be better than using a hammer. You could "custom cut" some wood to hug the emblem but let it exit the shell.

@35mike

That sounds like a very good idea.   I believe I have wood clamps that hopefully will be a suitable size to pull it off.   Much appreciated.  .......Joe.......
