I would guess that includes a refundable deposit. After checking the listing I have made a call as the ad is very confusing. I will post the results when I get a call back.

Got the call and basically the rental charge is $300.00 but the refundable deposit varies depending on the application . Hopefully I understood the explanation correctly but I was told they will try to revise the ad.
