Hi guys

I finally found my way in here, but I'm totally lost.

I can't find a place to add an avatar, or change my password again if I want to, or any of the other things I used to be able to do in my old profile settings page.

I couldn't find my way in without going through the "forgot your password?" process, and that just seemed to send me around in circles of sending a message to my email which gave me a link back to the same page.  Somehow I lucked my way in, and I'm just hoping I'll be able to get back in after I log out.

I'll have to make time later to look around and "click on everything".

Hopefully things will become clearer to me, but for now, I'm lost!

PS

And how do I add my old user name (stovblt)?

Well Tiny you are not alone. Followed Peters example but could not get the edit profile button so i posted that and then went back and found it. Deleted the post but now can not get back to the edit button. I think if it was spelled out it might help as following the red arrow is not working.

Hi Guys,

I just wanted to drop in and say Peter is aware of the various issues you are experiencing.  Unfortunately, we couldn't do this migration in separate stages, so he has his hands full right now.  He successfully migrated the club member database (active and non-active going back years) vehicle database, and the forum member database.

But in addition, he has a lot of club member support functionality he has to bring online right away.  This includes things like making sure members can sign in, join, renew, etc.  The team is experiencing a password reset issue right now they are working through.  The squirrels are already running amuck!

Over the weekend, he will be addressing all the various bugs you guys are identifying.  For those that remember the the last forum transition (and the one before that) those didn't include moving the club management at the same time.

Grab some popcorn and pull up a chair and settle in for the weekend.  Post your findings, they are helpful.  By this time next weekend, hopefully, we will see multiple new topics and well on our way to building on the decades of information Chat 3.0 (or is this 4.0 now?) has amassed.

Now, how do I create a new signature?  HAHAHA! 😉

I have gone through all the iterations of Chatter the past 20+ years. We just need to try stuff and then let Peter know our problems and suggestions. It takes time to work things out and find where the demons are hiding.
