Planning to attend the 2026 Anniversary Meet? Can you help? It takes many VCCA members to make this Meet a success. To date we still need volunteers for
- Ladies Celebration Luncheon Committee– assist with centerpieces/meal selection
- Children Activities
- Banquet Committee–assist with centerpieces/ meal selection
- Tour Logistics–box lunches, line-up
- Lots of other areas to help–registration packet distribution, Chevy Store, Photographer Assistant, Ticket Collection, etc.
You will have an opportunity to indicate your willingness to volunteer on the registration form, but if you can help with items 1-4 above, please contact me immediately so we can finalize details for the registration form.
