Rear Trunk Guard for 1940 Chevrolet.  This piece if fairly complete.  The release lever is broken.  Included is a newly re-chromed emblem, however the stud on the back has broken off–this stud is included, however.  I am asking $75 plus shipping but call me with your ideas.
