2-    NOS springs  P/N    3.708   369511.     Used on 1932-38 cars.    This is in a 1938 parts book .    I never knew of this part untill now ????

This attaches to second cross member  clip .   according to book .       I would bet almost nobody has one  ?       did anyone out there know of this ???
