This a .010  under reground crank shaft  fro 1940-41  216  motors.      It has white grease coating the journals that I put on to protect it  from further tranishing.  .   Probably needs polishing now.    I found this about 20 years ago  and has been sitting in my garage since.   Trying to clean out extra parts .    Forge number 839111 .
