1937 Chevrolet Radio Control Head.  Appears to be conplete with the 2 cables and the wiring. The wiring probably needs to be replaced. The dial needle moves freely.  Control Head has the 3 prong plug for plugging into the radio box ( which I do not have ).  What you see in the 2 photos is what you get.
