All original car that has been in my family since new. This is the car that my grandparents dated in and the car that my grandfather drove my grandmother home from their wedding in. Since then, it has been the car I grew up working on with my grandfather and father, and spent most of my childhood at car shows or parades with my grandfather. This car is part of the family and is known around the house lovingly as “old mom”. Most of the time it runs better than my newer cars and I am honored that my grandfather left it to me when he passed. The Vehicle is Chicle Drab (Brown) body, Autumn Drab (Dark Brown) top of body, 99L Black fenders, with a Flamingo Red pin stripe, Red wire wheels and white wall tires. Interior is all original as well, along with the engine which has been repainted to factory correct colors. The car has been restored twice once by my grandfather in the late 60’s and again by my brother, myself, and with the ok of my loving wife. We started in 2008 and completed the complete strip down, repaint, re-chrome, and engine re-fresh in 2018 with Dan Short of Fantomworks completing all the finishing work and re-assembly so that no detail was overlooked. The car since then has taken 1st place in every local show it has been entered. Hopefully this season will be no different.
