HOTEL REGISTRATION INFORMATION STARTING ON WEDNESDAY, OCTOBER 1, 2025, members will be able to reserve their rooms for the 65th Anniversary Meet. The Best Western Ramkota & Conference Center, Rapid City, SD, is the host site. Reservations may be made by calling the hotel at 605-343-8550. P

GUESTS MAY ONLY BOOK 2 ROOMS PER RESERVATION.
Rooms with 1 King or 2 Queen Beds are available. The rate is $161/night + 9% tax + $2 city occupancy tax. A King Suite that has extra room, a bar sink and a sofa bed is available for $30 more per night. Go online to check out the interior of the rooms so you know your preference (search “best western ramkota rapid city sd”). The hotel is two stories in multiple attached buildings. Unfortunately, there is no elevator, so please, if possible, book a second-floor room to allow the first-floor rooms for those unable to use stairs. All rooms have a mini refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker.
When reserving your room, ask for floor preference and any special needs. Reservations may also be made for up to 3 days before or after the event for the best rate at the time less 20%. The earlier pre/post days are booked, the cheaper the rate will be. A credit card number will be needed to hold the room, but no charge will be made until the event or for failure to show without cancelling. Camping information will be available soon. There are camping sites at the Central State Fairgrounds with hookups for about $50 per night. The fairgrounds site is where the trailers will be parked, and the show will take place. It is only 2.5 miles from the conference center. If you are interested, email anniversary@vcca.org and we will forward information as it becomes available.
